Every authentic STDIAM piece is supported by our Lifetime Stone Guarantee and 2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty, together with ongoing Lifetime Care Support.

1. Lifetime Stone Guarantee

STDIAM moissanite is selected for lasting optical performance. Our Lifetime Stone Guarantee protects your moissanite against verified material defects that cause permanent clouding, permanent discoloration, or an inherent loss of brilliance under normal use.

If an eligible STDIAM moissanite is confirmed by our jewelry specialists to have developed a covered material defect, we will repair or replace the affected stone at our discretion.

Please note: Temporary dullness or a cloudy appearance caused by oils, lotions, soap residue, cosmetics, or other surface buildup is not considered a material defect and can normally be resolved through proper cleaning.

2. 2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

Every STDIAM piece is covered for two years from the date of delivery against verified manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Examples of covered manufacturing defects may include:

• Loose stone settings caused by a verified setting or craftsmanship defect rather than impact or wear.
• Pavé or accent stones becoming loose or missing as a direct result of a verified manufacturing defect.
• Structural cracking, separation, or failure caused by a verified manufacturing or assembly defect.
• Other workmanship issues confirmed by our jewelry specialists to have resulted from the original manufacturing process.

If a covered manufacturing defect is verified within the applicable warranty period, STDIAM will provide an appropriate repair or replacement at no charge for the covered defect.

3. What Is Not Covered?

Jewelry naturally changes with wear. Our warranty does not cover damage or cosmetic changes resulting from normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, or external causes.

Examples of items not covered include:

• Normal Wear: Surface scratches, small dents, gradual changes to polished finishes, and other cosmetic signs associated with regular wear.
• Gold Plating & Finish Wear: Gradual fading, tarnishing, or wear of gold plating caused by regular use, skin chemistry, friction, moisture, perfumes, cosmetics, chlorine, cleaning chemicals, or other environmental exposure.
• Accidental Damage: Bent or damaged prongs, warped bands, cracked components, chipped stones, or other damage caused by impact, crushing, dropping, force, or improper handling.
• Stone Loss Caused by Damage: Loss of a center, side, pavé, or accent stone resulting from accidental impact, damaged prongs, excessive wear, or other causes unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
• Loss or Theft: Lost or stolen jewelry, gemstones, or components are not covered by the warranty.
• Improper Care: Damage caused by chemicals, chlorine, bleach, hot tubs, abrasive cleaners, inappropriate cleaning methods, or failure to follow reasonable jewelry care practices.
• Third-Party Repairs or Alterations: Damage or defects caused by resizing, repairs, stone replacement, modification, or other work performed by a jeweler or service provider not authorized by STDIAM are not covered.

Normal wear does not necessarily mean that your jewelry cannot be repaired. Our Customer Care team can review non-warranty repairs and provide available service options where possible.

4. Lifetime Care Support

Our relationship with your jewelry does not end when the warranty period does. STDIAM offers ongoing care support for authentic STDIAM pieces whenever technically possible.

Depending on the jewelry design and its condition, available services may include:

• Ring resizing
• Prong and setting inspection
• Stone replacement
• Repair of worn or damaged components
• Replating or finish restoration

Services outside the applicable warranty coverage may be subject to service, material, and shipping charges. We will provide available options and any applicable costs for your approval before proceeding.

5. How to Request Warranty Service

To request a warranty evaluation, please contact our Customer Care team at support@stdiam.com.

Please include:

• Your original order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the condition of the jewelry, where possible

Our team will first review the information provided and, where necessary, provide instructions for sending the jewelry to us for physical inspection.

Inspection & Resolution: Once the item has been evaluated, we will confirm whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage. For verified covered defects, we will provide an appropriate repair or replacement. For damage outside warranty coverage, we may offer a repair or care service and provide any applicable cost for your approval before proceeding.

Please do not send jewelry to any address without first contacting STDIAM, as the appropriate service location and shipping instructions may vary.

6. Warranty Eligibility

Warranty coverage applies to authentic STDIAM jewelry purchased directly from STDIAM or through an authorized STDIAM sales channel. Proof of purchase or the original STDIAM order number may be required when requesting service.

Warranty service applies to the original jewelry piece and is subject to inspection and verification by STDIAM.

7. Your Statutory Consumer Rights

The STDIAM Lifetime Stone Guarantee and 2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty are commercial warranty benefits provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your country or region.

Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect, or not as described.

Where local consumer law provides greater or longer protection than this commercial warranty, those statutory rights will continue to apply.
