At STDIAM, each piece of jewelry is made to order and carefully prepared for your selected design, stone size, color, and ring size. Our jewelers individually finish, set, and inspect each piece before it leaves our workshop.
Because some sizes and designs require additional sizing and finishing steps, crafting times may vary. We believe in giving you a realistic timeline from the beginning, so you can plan your purchase with confidence.
1. Delivery Options & Timeframes
We ship to over 150 countries worldwide using trusted international and local delivery partners. Your total delivery time consists of two separate stages: Crafting Time + Shipping Time.

Most standard whole sizes (5–9): typically crafted within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your jewelry has completed final inspection and has been handed to the carrier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders shipped to regions outside of Europe, the United States, Canada, and Australia, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be incurred upon the package's arrival in the destination country.

- STDIAM does not collect these fees at checkout and is unable to estimate the specific amount you may be required to pay.

How long does it take before my order ships?
Most standard whole ring sizes (5–9) are typically crafted within 5–7 business days.
Half sizes and sizes 4, 10 & 11 generally require 10–15 business days because of the additional sizing and finishing steps involved.
Does VIP Shipping make my jewelry faster to craft?
No. VIP Shipping only shortens the delivery time after your order has been dispatched.
Crafting time remains the same.
Where does my order ship from?
STDIAM orders are designed through our Hong Kong operations and dispatched through our Asian logistics network for international delivery.
Can I change my shipping address?
In most cases, yes, provided your order has not yet been dispatched.
