We ship to over 150 countries worldwide using trusted premium couriers (such as FedEx, DHL, and local postal services). Your total waiting time includes Production Time (crafting your jewelry) + Shipping Time (transit).

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders shipped to regions outside of Europe, the United States, Canada, and Australia, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be incurred upon the package's arrival in the destination country.

Where does my order ship from? All Stdiam orders are designed in our Hong Kong studio and shipped from our centralized Asian logistics hub to ensure the fastest possible global delivery.
Can I change my shipping address? Yes, as long as your order has not yet entered the shipping stage. Please email us immediately at support@stdiam.com with your order number.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged? We take full responsibility for your shopping experience. If your item is confirmed lost in transit or arrives with any craftsmanship defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or solution immediately.
