1. What is Covered under the Warranty?
Our lifetime warranty ensures that your jewelry is free from manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship from the day of purchase.
Eligibility for Warranty Coverage:

Stone Brilliance & Fire: We guarantee that your Stdiam moissanite will never cloud, change color, or lose its signature brilliance.

Manufacturing Defects: This includes structural flaws such as loose stone settings (not caused by accidental impact), missing pavé stones due to craftsmanship errors, or structural cracking under normal wear conditions.
*If a manufacturing defect is found and verified by our jewelry specialists, we will repair or replace your piece free of charge.
2. What is Not Covered?
While we stand by our premium craftsmanship, our warranty does not cover damages resulting from general wear and tear, accidents, or neglect. Non-coverage items include:

Loss or Theft: The warranty covers the physical product against manufacturing defects, not the loss of the entire piece or primary stones due to accidental damage, force, or theft.

Surface Scratches & Tarnish: Minor surface scratches on precious metals, bent prongs from heavy daily impacts, or gold tarnishing caused by exposure to harsh chemicals (perfumes, chlorine, bleach, hot tubs) are considered normal wear.

Third-Party Alterations: Any resizing, repair, or modification performed by an outside jeweler will completely void your Stdiam lifetime warranty.
3. How to Request Warranty Service
To initiate a warranty evaluation, please email our support team at support@stdiam.com with your original order number. Once approved, we will provide you with the evaluation instructions.
Inspection & Resolution: Once received, our master jewelers will inspect the piece. If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will fix or replace it under warranty. For damages outside the warranty coverage, we will provide a fair repair quote for your approval before proceeding.
