At Stdiam, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident in your choice, which is why we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition.

  • All original packaging, including tags, certificates, and the original walnut wood jewelry box, must be included

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our support team at support@stdiam.com  with your order number. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

3. Non-Quality Related Returns


We maintain strict quality control to ensure every piece meets our high standards. If a return is initiated for personal reasons (e.g., "changed mind," "don't like the style," or "subjective dissatisfaction" where the product matches descriptions), the following terms apply:

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipping costs.

Import Duties & Taxes: Any import duties, clearance fees, or taxes incurred when the package re-enters our fulfillment center  will be deduct


  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (Standard $8.9 / Express $27.83) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us at support@stdiam.com within 7 days of delivery with photos or video proof. If the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, Stdiam will cover all costs, including return shipping and any associated taxes, or provide a free replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry.

  • Items that have been resized or altered by a third party.

  • Final sale items.

6. How the Deduction Works (Example)


For non-quality returns, once our team inspects the item and confirms it is in its original condition, we will process the refund.

Refund Calculation: Total Order Amount - Actual Import Duties Incurred - Original Shipping = Final Refund.
